One-on-One Indoor Training Sessions

Our most popular offering for Beginners and Intermediates, and for our athletes during the winter months, our 1 on 1 indoor training sessions take place at our private training studio.
During these sessions, your coach will work with you to help develop your energy systems & capabilities either on-bike, or strength & conditioning. These 75-90 minute sessions allow your coach to focus in on areas that will help you the most.
Whether it’s Core strength, Energy systems, or a proper strength routine, these individual, private sessions are a great way to ensure you are building correctly.
Sessions may be purchased in blocks of 4, 8, or 12, or individually, depending on what your goals and needs are.
Prices vary for On-bike, and Strength & Conditioning.
