Here at HVT, We believe in training with power, and heart rate.
Time-Proven, and used by athletes at the highest level of sport, when used properly, these training tools can be invaluable. Not only do we use these methods ourselves, but we believe in helping others learn to use them properly.
While there are many individuals out there using Power, or Heart Rate Based training methods, most follow a training plan laid out in a book, and not understand what they are doing and why.
