What equipment do I need?
To participate in this program you’ll need:

-Either Dumbell’s or Kettlebell’s (15# and 25# to begin)
-Bands (Available online for $20-$50)
-A Foam Roller

Do I need a gym?

No, All you need is enough room to lay down, and a chair or table that you can use for your full bodyweight.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts are built to take 45-60 minutes from start to finish, including warm-up.

Can anyone do these?

You should be familiar with the basic principles of strength training mechanics, or willing to learn.

Can I still Swim/Bike/Run while I do this program?

You must! For best results athletes generally train between 8-10 hours a week total, not including the strength training program.

How many sessions a week is the program?
3 x sessions a week.

Do I have to do the workouts on the day they are written?
No, you will be able to see the upcoming workouts from Monday-Sunday, and can adjust your Strength Schedule appropriately.

Can I still ride while I do this program?

You must! For best results athletes generally ride between 6-12 hours a week total.
