The title says it all: Nobody asked me to share these concerns, but this is an episode I’ve been thinking about doing for over a year now. And, well…. it seems that the time is right for these concerns to be shared so that we can all begin having important discussions about them.
There are not definitive answers given, just some observations from some guy who’s been in and around the fitness and performance industries for a bit.
