Martina Dunne is a women’s fitness professional in Ireland who has developed a wealth of knowledge, skills, and tools, to help serve women in a way that meets their individual and unique needs. In todays conversation we cover a few topics, ranging from RED-S and it’s “official” diagnosis in different countries and how that can impact how one trains, training through pregnancy, as well as different challenges women face through their training.
