Shane McLean has been writing fitness content for a number of years starting with his church newsletter, then for The Examiner and Tony Gentilcore, and now for BarBend. But it wasn’t the easiest path: From doing poorly in english while in school to not being the most comfortable making exercise videos but making them anyhow.
Shane has no taken the easy path, but rather followed his passion and love for fitness and helping others, and put into action FOCUSED, PURPOSEFUL PRACTICE to share his experiences to help his clients and readers from around the world.
