Running with a power meter may seem a bit, well, odd, as many tend to think of power meters as being these relatively big pieces of equipment. But thanks to STRYD Power Meter, runners from around the world are now able to dial in their running with the help of power. But translating the data and HOW to utilize it takes a very different skillset and understanding than that of cycling.
Steve Palladino has been helping runners of all abilities learn how to train smarter through power based training, since the introduction of the running power meter. In this episode Steve shares the metrics you need to pay attention to to help you get more out of your time running, a few of which may surprise you.
