Episode 55- Trevor Connor of FastTalk Podcast Part 2- “I Don’t Want to Go That Fast” – Riding like a Pro Cyclist

Trevor Connor

Have you ever had another rider or triathlete out on a ride or run say to you “I don’t want to go that fast”?

Trevor Connor has, and he has also said it to others. It’s a part of being a TRUE pro on the bike!

Trevor Connor is a a former professional racer, currently a cycling coach and Co-founder of FastLabs, home of the FastTalk Podcast. Trevor and I sat down and talked pretty much all things cycling related, and did a nice dive into coaching, training and a number of related topics.

In Part 2 we talk about why going slow is how you get fast, some of our shared racing experiences with riders who may not fully understand TEAM tactics, How Thomas Prehn’s book served us both  in our riding, and how exciting and cerebral women’s racing is.
