Today’s episode is a short answer (believe it or not) to a SSCT listener and former HVT Athlete question: “If I can carve out and extra 10 mins per day, what would you recommend adding into my daily routine to help me? I am doing my on the bike stuff 5 days a week, plus strength stuff 2-3 days a week. Deadlifts, planking rows, and some body weight stuff (pull ups, push ups, side planks). Any suggestions? Breathing, stretching, any other strength exercises?”
