This has led to many giving up on their structured training programs, and even abandoning training all together…. But punishing yourself and losing your fitness can lead to a downward trend: you’re not getting regular exercise during a time of stress, which leads to unhealthy behaviors such as binge watching Netflix, or pore eating and sleeping habits.
